We do not sell or release your information to others. We always maintain the privacy of your information.
Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Ovation Alpha timer ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
We generally aim to ship timers within a day or two of receiving an order, and you will receive an email notice when your timer has shipped. We ship all orders via Priority Mail, which we've found usually delivers the timer to its recipient in two to three days. If there will be a delay in shipment, you will be notified.
Warranties
The unit is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 year.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days.
